Underground Miniature Substations (New or Refurbished)
Our underground miniature substations are engineered to provide efficient, space-saving power distribution in underground environments. Available in both new and refurbished options to suit your needs.- kVA: 800kVA

Surface (Outdoor) miniature Substations
Oil Type Switchgear (New or Refurbished)
- Extensible and non-extensible combinations
- Combinations are made up of switch-disconnectors and fused switch-disconnectors
- Suitable for indoor or outdoor application
- Mineral oil interrupting medium
- Voltages up to 12kV
- Impulse withstand voltage of 95kV BIL
- Short circuit ratings of 20kA for 3 seconds
- Switch-disconnectors rated for 630A
- Fused switch-disconnector functions rated at 200A, suitable for feeding transformers up to 1MVA at 11kV
- Fully interlocked cable side earthing
- Hand charged spring assisted mechanisms where operation is independent of the operator
Sf6 Type Switchgear (New or Refurbished)
- gas-insulated, sealed-for-life, metal-enclosed switchgear
- Switchgear cable compartments designed in accordance with SANS 876 and suitable for 3-core / 1-core front-entry medium-voltage (MV) power cable connections
- Internal arc classified for operator and public safety (i.e. all sides)
- Operation from the front with main circuit mimic diagram on front of panel
- Compact design requiring minimal space (ideal for miniature substations and free-standing RMUs)
- Corrosion resistant stainless steel hermetically sealed pressure system requiring no maintenance on the high-voltage switching devices (sealed-for-life)
- Vacuum circuit-breakers (VCB's) for feeder and transformer protection
- Three-position switch-disconnectors for ring main applications
- Earthing switches compliant

- All Kva’s from 16kva – 10Mva on request with same day collection.
REWINDING
- All Kva’s up to 10Mva copper or aluminium.
- Upgrades & repairs.
- Inbound or on-site servicing and maintenance for all transformer faults or general maintenance
- Our mobile oil regeneration plant assists with simple on-site oil regeneration to Eskom spec.
- Our service exchange and trade in assistance allows you to upgrade your equipment with same day lead-times.
- Our transformer specialist can assist with all repairs up to 5Mva inbound or on site.
- We carry all transformer spares with same day collection.
